Payment remains applicable for all others activities.<br \/>\nIf you bought a Combo, the payment for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">the visit of the museum and the Aquarium remains applicable at the \u00ab \u00c0 la carte \u00bb rate<\/span> (different from package price). If you bought a Trio, your booking will be modified for the corresponding Combo package and the price difference will be refunded.<br \/>\nThe refund will be made on a debit or credit card as soon as possible. If you wish to postpone your activity to a later date, a credit to your customer account may be granted instead of a refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exploramer reserves itself the right to change the schedule or to cancel guided tour and touch pools activities <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">without notice<\/span>.<\/strong> Both activities are included when purchasing museum and Aquarium tickets, and are <strong>not eligible for a refund or discount<\/strong> as the self-guided tour of the museum and Aquarium is at the same rate.<\/p>\n<p>For the day camp, we do not refund the activity if a child is sick.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to <strong>cancel your visit due to the COVID-19 pandemic<\/strong>, contact Exploramer at (418) 763-2500 to find out if your situation is eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><div  class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion_builder_column_1_1  fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last grey-bkg 1_1\"  style='margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 20px 40px 20px 40px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"  data-bg-url=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2>Modification of a reservation<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>If you wish to change the date or time of your activity, this may be possible depending on the remaining availability for the desired date and time. It will be done directly by your travel agency.
