Aquarium and Touch Pools
Our aquariums present a collection of fishes and organisms living in the St. Lawrence River. By yourself or accompanied by a science animator, explore about twenty pools containing more than 1000 individuals of 60 different species.

Guided tour*
Accompanied by a science animator, discover the biodiversity of the St. Lawrence. Let yourself be seduced by the richness of this impressive watercourse as you travel through the aquaria and learn how to protect the species that live there.
*Included when purchasing museum and aquarium tickets.

SCHEDULE
Touch pools*
This set of five basins recreating tidal-pools will allow you to learn more about known species and to meet little-known species of invertebrates living along the coast of the St. Lawrence.
You will be able to touch several species such as: the Rock Crab, the Common Starfish, the Polar Starfish, the Whelk, the Purple Nucella or the Northern Moonsnail. You can also flatter the Sea Cucumber and the Green Sea Urchin, as well as squeeze the American Lobster’s claw or discover the Acadian hermit crab.
